Jaime Brenkus is a nationally recognized fitness pioneer, best known as the creator of the viral 8-Minute Abs workout series.
His methods have helped millions of people, and Jaime’s videos have accumulated over 100 million views on YouTube and transformed countless lives across the globe. For more than three decades, Jaime has dedicated his life to helping people get leaner, feel younger, and live longer through sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies.
Jaime is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Lean Living, a Cleveland-based fitness studio. Brenkus was awarded one of America’s Top Trainers by the National Fitness Hall of Fame. He has produced over 150 fitness videos, collaborated with icons like supermodel Kathy Ireland, and co-authored If You Want to Live, Move with Elaine LaLanne, wife of the legendary Jack LaLanne.
Now, at 64, Jaime brings his expertise to online coaching, with a focus on helping men and women over 50 reclaim their health, energy, and confidence. His Low Intensity Interval Training (L.I.I.T.) approach fuses cardio with resistance in short, efficient sessions that are safe, modifiable, and incredibly effective.
